This Weekend's Movie
This weekend's movie is I N C E P T I O N! What a great film. I saw it in theaters with my roommate over the summer and then downloaded it over break and have watched it a few times since as a result. Would be cool to see in a theater again.
It's not nearly as much of a mindfuck like Nolan's other film Memento but it's still real great and confusing and wonderful!

Hmm I don't know, I think that Inception may have been more of a "mind fuck" than Memento, mostly because at the end of Memento you have some sort of logical explanation for what is happening, where as the last scene of Inception brilliantly left you guessing. Just my opinion : )
ReplyDeleteHmmm that's a good point. I think Memento wins because all throughout you are so confused as to what is going on and trying to figure it out, and at the end it's just like OH FUCK ARE YOU SERIOUS NO WAYYYYYY
ReplyDeleteWhereas most of Inception is relatively easy to follow (with a few FFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUU moments throughout, except the ending which is open to interpretation.
