Shoe Tree Branch Fell
According to the facebooks, a branch from the shoe tree fell off. Kinda depressing. Hope it wasn't a branch with my shoes (kinda thought maybe this is TMI, but on other hand feel like a majority of people are in this same situation, so probably not that weird to write this maybe).
Apparently someone was throwing the fallen shoes onto another branch, which is kind/awesome.

Depressed
You guys, I am feeling really depressed. Heard some news lately about a certain French guy at St. Mary's. Some of you may remember him because whenever he came to SGA meetings I got really excited, since he is kinda beautiful. Anyway, his name is Christophe, and he has left the school (he was in charge of Green stuff or somesuch, worked with Shane Hall etc.) and has left our hearts.
Might go drink myself into a stupor to relieve the pain (not really).
In all seriousness though, hopefully they have a replacement who is competent and hopefully just as pretty.

Banned
Welp, had to happen sooner or later, looks like we all got banned from the 2014 group. Anyone not banned, feel free to send me screenshots of people asking silly questions, and I'll give you credit etc.
I really don't like the idea of these class facebook groups, feel like people should just find each other naturally during Orientation, class, and on the weekends. Really don't like school employees (Rob Maddox and Ben Toll) organizing said groups, feels inorganic.
Mission accomplished
Also, thanks to everyone that was blowing up my phone about this, was entertainment during a day of lifeguarding.

Monty to Schaefer
And by not likely, I mean it's not likely that it could take you 10 minutes to walk the 10 yards that separates the two buildings.
UPDATE: <3 Dan Schell. Hope I am not ruining this young man's schedule

UPDATE 2: Even more posts, this may be getting out of hand
Gambling
Oh hey yall, just wondering if we are allowed to gamble on campus. Oh, we aren't allowed to gamble? Well I guess no one will care if we do it right?
Goodness, gambling is not really legal outside of racetracks and casinos (right? like even Superbowl gambling is technically illegal I think) so why would it magically be legal on campus.
Also, laughing hard at this kid Yago. Crepes - a delicious food. Craps - the gambling game he probably meant to write.

Speaking of LQ...
I mentioned LQ in the previous post, does anyone know who is living in LQ 11 (where I was last year)???
Jeff Blaze
Okay, so do you think this Jeff Blaze (pretty sure not his real last name, based off there being a lack of a Blaze in the school directory,
Jeff if you are reading this I would like a confirmation.
PS this was posted in the 2014 facebook group. I have off today and it's raining so I'm probably going to end up doing this all day. I'M COOL GUYS.

Muldoon
This bro's name is Gordon Muldoon, the River Center is named after James P. Muldoon. Muldoon is a weird last name, so maybe they are related.
oh ps, it's an incoming first year

Marc Apter
Just noticed that some dude known as Marc Apter is following my blog (via Google followers thing). He is a Public Relations executive at SMCM, kinda wonder if he is genuinely interested in this bloggery or if he reads due to PR business and such. Wonder if this bloggering is good or bad PR.
On his facebook it says he is interested in men and women, wonder if he is bisexual, or if he is just looking for friends/networking who are boys and ladies.
Seems like chill dude; likes sailing, and wears a button down w/o a tie (but w/blazer to show he is 'professional'). We don't have any mutual friends, kinda sad about that.

Alumni I met
So, I went to this party with my Dad down the street (we played beer pong but lost) and the guy's son graduated SMCM in 02'. He was around for The Greens riot and other cool stuff.
One thing he told me about was 'The Lemon', a anonymous newspaper published by two students that made fun of various professors and administrators. Anyway, according to his story, eventually they figured out who was publishing it, and Goldwater/J Board had them expelled, until the students took the story to the press, and then they were unexpelled. We were both pretty drunk so portions of the story may have been embellished a bit or slightly inaccurate, but it was an interesting event. His name was Jay or Jason or somesuch.
Oh and he also informed me that people used the moniker 'Joanne Bongwater' back then as well.

Drinking Quality Report! PANIC
If you look at your email about the drinking quality report, at the very bottom in small text it states that in 2007 they found GODDAM RADON IN THE WATER. Radon is radioactive. Everyone PANIC because this could result in everyone becoming MUTATED.
Srsly though probably not a big deal at all (PANIC).

POTHOLE REPAIRS
AWWWW FUCK YEAH GONNA REPAIR SOME GODDAM POTHOLES, SHIT YES BROS.
Happy about this to be honest, the potholes in DPC are horrible, like I would have to actively avoid them when riding bike which was a pain. Also kinda ugly. So hopefully they will get fixed.
Oh, and what caused that huge pothole in Dorchester circle (which would really be called PG Circle btw). I was visiting some friends one evening last semester and noticed it and was really confused. Was it from the blizzards? It's just absurd looking and should have been fixed awhile ago.

Kate Norlock
Is leaving! Going to another school. Don't know her that well, but I think a lot of people like her. Actually I think I met her at an SGA thing. Maybe, don't remember for sure.
